  • This is an 10-week experience. Each week is strategically designed to support your physical, emotional, and mindset transformation—step by step.

  • This is a group coaching and self-led digital program. However, you'll have access to support inside a private community, weekly Hot Seat coaching calls, and a mindset worksheet to guide your progress. If you're looking for more personalized coaching, options may be available to upgrade.

  • Yes! Each week, you'll have access to LIVE Q&A Hot Seat coaching calls with me. This is your chance to receive direct guidance, ask questions, and get coached through whatever’s coming up for you in real time.

    Can’t make it live? No worries—replays will be available so you never miss the support you need.

  • This program was built specifically for busy, high-achieving women. You’ll need about 60 minutes 3-4 times a week for your workouts.

    In addition, you’ll be guided through a weekly mindset worksheet that takes just 10–15 minutes a day. This is your space to create self-awareness, build intentional habits, and embody the new identity of the woman you’re becoming.

    But this isn’t about perfection—it’s about consistency and presence.

  • IDENTITY goes far beyond just workouts and nutrition. You’ll get a weight training program (Peachy AF Reloaded!) during the 10 weeks, and nutrition guidance, yes—but this program also helps you rewire your beliefs, shift your emotional patterns, and build the identity required for lifelong results.

  • You’ll need basic gym access (especially if you’re an intermediate-advanced exerciser) or minimal equipment at home (like dumbbells, booty bands, mini bands and a skipping rope. A treadmill will always be your ally). All workouts can be modified to fit your level and setup.

  • Yes. Whether you're just getting back into fitness or you've tried everything with little success—this program meets you where you are and helps you build a strong, sustainable foundation.

  • There’s no such thing as “behind” when you are creating a new IDENTITY. The PDF worksheet is yours to keep, and your only job is to keep showing up—even if imperfectly. Transformation isn’t linear, and this program honours that.
